1. Information We Collect

SoliidFi is a non-custodial DeFi platform. We do not collect personal information such as names, emails, or government-issued identification documents. The only information we interact with relates to your blockchain wallet address when you connect to our platform.

2. Wallet Connection & Smart Contract Interaction

When you connect your Solana wallet and interact with our platform, we access and interact with the following data:

• Public wallet address (Read-only)
• Token balances (SOL, SPL, and Token-2022 tokens for verification)
• Transaction history (Public on-chain data)

Transaction Signing: We never access or store your private keys. However, when you participate in our Tier Selection, the platform will request you to sign a transaction via your wallet adapter. This signing is required to securely establish a non-custodial delegation (spending limit permission) for the specified tier amount. This allows our protocol to route generated yield while your principal assets remain safely in your personal wallet.

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use minimal, strictly necessary cookies for the platform to function, including session management and basic security. We do not use third-party tracking, profiling, or advertising cookies. Wallet connection status is managed locally within your browser session.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize the following decentralized and third-party infrastructure:

• Solana RPC Providers - For retrieving on-chain blockchain data.
• Wallet Adapters - For facilitating secure, user-controlled wallet connections.

These services only receive your public wallet address and operate under their own decentralized infrastructure terms.

5. Data Security & Smart Contract Disclaimer

Since we are completely non-custodial and do not store personal user data, there is no centralized database vulnerable to data breaches. Your wallet configuration remains on-chain and within your local browser. While we deploy industry-standard security practices for our web interfaces and non-custodial protocols, interacting with blockchain smart contracts carries inherent network risks, and users are responsible for their own transaction approvals.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and global privacy regulations, your rights on our platform are adapted to the blockchain environment:

• Access your data (Limited entirely to public on-chain ledger data).
• Request deletion (Immutable on-chain smart contract data and approvals cannot be deleted or altered by us).
• Withdraw consent for local cookies via your browser settings.
